Mr. Sam Ngai, Founder and Design Director, set up Space Design Limited in 2002. He set up his career goal as a designer after obtaining the highest grade in Fine Arts from the HKCEE in 1993. After graduation, he gained solid experience as an interior designer at Majestic Furniture & Interior Design Ltd. 

Mr. Sam Ngai is nominated for his success of founding his own Company since 2002, while dedicated enthusiasm and design ability in a wide range of residential and commercial projects in Hong Kong over the past twenty years.

Sam has shown great efforts in spatial planning and details in work.  He has created his own designing team and received good recommendations from customers. He took care of every details and needs of customers.  What sets Sam’s performance apart is the manner in which he accomplished all of the formidable design and contracting tasks, especially under tight deadlines. Sam really exemplifies the criteria in the category, including innovation and creativity.

Space Design has a group of professional interior designers and specialists who have ample experiences in providingexcellent services in running projects starting from ideas consultation, space planning and design, budgeting, material selection, provision of cabinetry and kitchens to contracting, site supervision, project management and submissions to Buildings Department.

Our design team is young, energetic and is well equipped with the latest trend and knowledge of good design and technology. Our works have been well broadcasted by the media such as TVB J2 and NOW TV, Interior Design magazines such as MH, IB, and the Sunday and newspapers such as HKEJ and Southern Metropolis Daily.  Space Design Ltd. is a Registered Minor Works Contractor (MWC1771/2010) since 2012.
