Jason and Caroline were both trained as architects in University of Washington and Cornell University in United States respectively. After having their fill of macro-architecture during the early years in practise, they found Jason Caroline Design in 2000 with an emphasis on high-end residential projects. In the last two decades, their work has garnered more than 50 international residential design awards and been featured in publications in Hong Kong, China, New Zealand, the United States, Singapore, Japan, Germany, and the Netherlands and beyond.

Apart from the role of an Interior Designer, Andrew is also a registered professional engineer with an excellent understanding of architectural structures and construction procedures. Andrew believes beauty and functionality are just the beginnings of creating a superlative interior design. Quality is as important to ensure an interior design looks good, while at the same time, being able to stand the rigors of everyday wear and tear. Andrew juggles between the roles of overseeing construction progress and quality assurance, to make sure all projects meet standards. He never stops pursuing quality and functionality in design.
